Wishlist (Ish?)

This page is a "wishlist" of materials. It's not exactly a wishlist, because it doesn't offer ways for people to buy me specific materials (although I could try and find a way if that's something anyone would want), but it gives a general idea of what sort of materials I'll buy if I'm given or can budget money for it. This list is a work in progress.

A Thrifty Notion

Currently, when I can find something I need at A Thrifty Notion, that's where I prefer to buy it (I don't prefer it over local thrift stores, but local thrift stores tend not to have the non-fabric materials I need or fabric in good quantities. I'd rather spend $8 on a yard of t-shirt material from A Thrifty Notion than buy $8 worth of t-shirts at the local thrift store and remove those options for anyone who could have just worn the t-shirt as it's being sold. The latter method would only be significantly better for me financially if I were to buy primarily plus-sized adult clothes, and I don't want to contribute to the clothing size gap.
Here are some of the things I might buy at A Thrifty Notion:

Jersey and other soft, stretchy fabrics, for underwear and casual baby clothes

For these, I'm especially excited about the organic cotton jersey. Not only would I be reducing waste by using deadstock or destash material, but the resulting product would be biodegradable and not full of nearly as many environmentally harmful chemicals as your average cotton fabric (or synthetic fabric, obviously).
For "casual baby clothes" mentioned, I'd generally prefer to use used fabrics that have actually been worn. This will help reduce the amount of production chemicals still in the material, which is better for babies' sensitive skin. So I probably won't be buying a lot of the above fabrics except for when I have a reason to make soft adults' clothing.

Cute material for pajamas and onesies

Since I want to specialize in baby's clothes, I thought some of these would be really cute for baby pajamas/legged onesies. They could also be used for adult and child pajamas pretty easily. Again I'd prefer to make baby clothes out of used clothes, but if I can't find the right materials for this sort of thing used I'd definitely go for these.
